With its location overlooking the Manukau Harbour, it seemed fitting to adopt a sea theme for Blockhouse Bay Primary’s Writing Pathways resource. Designed with the intention to delight younger learners, the Level 1 pathway utilises plenty of imagery and visual cues to help students identify the skills they are working on and how to progress. The resource was also designed to be versatile, easily printed in different sizes and formats for workbooks, wall displays and as a tool for sharing learning and progress with parents and whānau.
